Machine Learning for Salary Prediction: Data-Driven Recruitment

Challenge:
HR departments often struggle to determine fair and competitive salaries based on candidates’ experience, qualifications, and performance. Relying on manual assessments can lead to inconsistencies, inefficiencies, and potential biases in salary decisions.

Solution:
We developed a machine learning model using linear regression to predict employee salaries. The model analysed key factors such as years of experience, test scores, and interview performance to generate accurate salary estimates. By leveraging historical hiring data, the model provided objective, data-driven insights, helping HR teams make fair and competitive salary offers.

Results:
